FixMyTok Terms of Service

Plain-language summary — not part of the agreement

FixMyTok lets a user review the user’s own TikTok account and, after selection and confirmation, perform bulk actions such as making selected videos private, permanently deleting selected videos, removing reposts, and managing multiple connected TikTok accounts.

The app is independent from TikTok and ByteDance. It works through the TikTok session you establish yourself. We do not promise that TikTok permits this interaction model under its own terms. TikTok can change its website, expire a session, require a security check, restrict functionality, or take action under its own rules. If you do not have authority over the connected account, or if your use would violate obligations you owe TikTok or another person, do not use the app.

Deleting a TikTok is permanent. FixMyTok cannot restore it. Making a video private is different: you can ordinarily change its visibility again in TikTok.

This summary is for convenience only. The agreement begins below.

Effective date and updates

Effective date: September 10, 2026
Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Service provider

These Terms are between you and the Brazilian provider identified in Section 19 (Contact and legal identity) below.

Support: [email protected]

The product site is fixmytok.app. “FixMyTok,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that Provider.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using FixMyTok, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

3. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use FixMyTok. The app is not intended for minors. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older.

An existing TikTok account is not treated by us as proof of age.

4. What the app does

FixMyTok lets a user review the user’s own TikTok account and, after selection and confirmation, perform bulk actions such as making selected videos private, permanently deleting selected videos, removing reposts, and managing multiple connected TikTok accounts.

FixMyTok allows connecting, scanning, browsing, filtering, and selecting without Premium. Premium covers Bulk Make Private, Bulk Delete, Repost Cleanup, and Multiple TikTok Accounts. Paid products are offered through StoreKit.

The current price and billing terms presented at the point of purchase come from StoreKit for your App Store storefront and currency. These Terms do not publish or guarantee a fixed price.

5. Independent service; no TikTok affiliation or authorization promise

FixMyTok is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance.

You authenticate directly with TikTok through TikTok’s own login experience. FixMyTok does not ask for or store your TikTok password. The app then uses the authenticated TikTok web session to perform the user-requested functions described in these Terms.

Important platform-risk allocation: TikTok’s terms, technical controls, policies, and enforcement decisions are separate from these Terms. We do not represent, warrant, or promise that TikTok authorizes FixMyTok’s interaction method, that TikTok will continue to permit it, or that using FixMyTok cannot affect your TikTok account. TikTok may restrict access, impose security checks, change its site, suspend functionality, or restrict or terminate an account under TikTok’s own rules.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms governing your TikTok account. If you believe using FixMyTok would breach those terms or another obligation you owe TikTok, do not use FixMyTok.

This clause allocates risk between you and us; it does not create permission from TikTok and does not cure any authorization requirement imposed on the Provider by TikTok, Apple, or law.

6. Your account, authority, and content rights

You represent and warrant that:

  1. each TikTok account you connect is your own account or an account you are legally authorized to administer;
  2. you will not use FixMyTok to access, index, alter, or manage another person’s account without lawful authority;
  3. for content you published, you own the content or have sufficient rights and permissions to use and process it through FixMyTok for the requested purpose; and
  4. your use of FixMyTok will not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

You are not required to claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears in your TikTok account. For repost cleanup, you are instructing FixMyTok to remove your repost association; you are not representing that you own the underlying third-party post.

7. Acceptable use

You may use FixMyTok only for the app’s intended purpose on accounts you are authorized to control. You must not use the app to:

8. TikTok, network, session, and operating-system dependencies

The app depends on systems we do not control. TikTok may change page structure, media delivery, account pages, login flows, security checks, rate limits, or other behavior without notice. Sessions expire. Networks fail. iOS may suspend background work. Apple frameworks and speech models may be unavailable. Any of those events can interrupt or prevent an operation.

We may pause, stop, retry, or require reconnection rather than continue through a security challenge or repeated failure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete discovery of every TikTok, or continuous compatibility with TikTok.

We will not characterize an interruption caused solely by those external dependencies as a promise that the affected task has completed. Where the app reports partial completion, actions already completed may remain effective.

9. Purchases, subscriptions, and lifetime purchase

Purchases are made through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and renewal. StoreKit is the app’s source of truth for entitlement; RevenueCat is used to report verified purchases and restores.

The app is a Licensed Application under Apple’s rules. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your license to use the app alongside these Terms, and where a mandatory term of that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that term governs the subject it covers. RevenueCat’s terms of service govern the purchase-reporting service itself.

We do not condition paid functionality on agreeing to optional analytics.

10. Product-specific terms

10.1 User control and confirmations

FixMyTok only performs a cleanup action after you select the relevant content and confirm the action. Every destructive surface is intended to identify the account being cleaned.

How FixMyTok connects to TikTok

FixMyTok opens TikTok’s own login experience. You authenticate directly with TikTok, and FixMyTok does not ask for or store your TikTok password.

FixMyTok uses your authenticated TikTok session to carry out cleanup actions you explicitly request on your own account, such as changing video privacy, deleting selected videos, or removing reposts.

You remain in control

FixMyTok only performs cleanup actions after you select the content and confirm the action.

10.2 Making videos private

Making a video private is intended to be reversible by you in TikTok. TikTok controls the availability and behavior of its privacy controls.

10.3 Removing reposts

Removing a repost removes your repost action; it does not assert that you own the underlying third-party post. Reposting again is ordinarily possible through TikTok, subject to TikTok’s then-current service.

10.4 Permanent deletion

Deleting is permanent. FixMyTok cannot restore a deleted TikTok.

Before a deletion, the app presents a destructive confirmation identifying the selection and tells you that the deletion cannot be undone. For selections of 50 or more items, the app additionally requires you to type DELETE, and it offers the option to make the selected videos private instead.

If FixMyTok correctly executes the deletion you selected and confirmed on the account shown to you, you accept responsibility for the consequences of that deletion. This allocation does not exclude liability to the extent a loss results from FixMyTok executing a materially different instruction, acting on the wrong account because of the app’s own fault, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

10.5 Partial completion

A batch can complete only in part. Items already changed before an interruption remain changed. A session expiry, TikTok security check, repeated failures, WebView suspension, app termination, network interruption, or TikTok page change may pause or stop a cleanup. The app may retain the local plan position so you can reconnect, resume, or retry affected items. Partial completion is an expected operational possibility of the service and is not, by itself, evidence that the app changed an item contrary to your instruction.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the app’s local processing, TikTok session traffic, Aptabase analytics, RevenueCat purchase reporting, retention, and privacy rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy URL: https://fixmytok.app/privacy.

12. Changes, maintenance, and discontinuation

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including in response to changes by TikTok, Apple, law, security requirements, or technical feasibility.

Where mandatory consumer law requires notice, refunds, continued access, or another remedy for a paid service, that law controls. The “lifetime” product does not waive such rights and does not guarantee perpetual technical access to a third-party platform.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or remedies that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when these Terms were accepted.

These Terms do not impose a fixed contractual monetary cap on liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury where applicable, violation of mandatory data-protection or consumer law, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

For deletion specifically, Section 10.4 governs. The risk of a deletion you knowingly selected and confirmed is different from an app-caused deletion of content you did not select or of the wrong account; these Terms do not erase that distinction.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or restrict app functionality where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or loss of technical compatibility.

Terminating use of FixMyTok does not itself terminate your TikTok account or Apple subscription. You must manage those relationships through TikTok and Apple respectively.

16. Mandatory consumer rights

Brazil

If you are a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights, reverses mandatory burdens of proof, or excludes liability in a manner prohibited by law.

EEA and United Kingdom

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies that cannot be waived by contract.

United States

State consumer-protection laws may give you rights that vary by state and cannot always be waived.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer, privacy, or other protections that apply where you live and cannot lawfully be displaced.

If you are a consumer in Brazil, disputes may be brought in the courts of your domicile as provided by applicable consumer law. For users elsewhere, this clause does not deprive you of any court, venue, or consumer-protection rule that applicable mandatory law gives you.

We do not impose mandatory arbitration in these Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The revised version will show a new “Last updated” date. Where law requires advance notice or renewed consent for a material change, we will provide it.
